When you make a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions. The customer will be bound to the terms and conditions agreement on signing the receipt after set up. The person signing these terms and conditions accepts responsibility for payment of the agreed hire and are liable for any damage or loss of equipment as detailed below.
For deliveries over a 25 miles drive from our base in Stockport, a delivery surcharge will be levied. We charge an extra £1.00 per mile, only for delivery and not pick up, we will notify you in writing if an extra delivery mileage charge is necessary to fulfil your enquiry/order. We will calculate the mileage from the postcode you provide. If we arrive at the mutually agreed delivery time to install and demonstrate the operation of the equipment and you or your representative are not at the agreed location to accept the hire, we will only be able to wait to gain access for 20 minutes after the agreed time of delivery, sadly we will be unable to return to install and the terms of cancellation will be valid.
If, after your booking has been made, you wish to change your hire in any way, we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. As we don't require a deposit upon booking, we would kindly ask you to inform us of any cancellation at least 7 days prior to your alloted hire dates to allow us time to fill your place.
We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel or alter the details of hire, in these extremely rare circumstances we will refund you in full if our proposed changes are unacceptable to you.
If you experience a problem with the equipment during the hire period, please inform us immediately and we will endeavour to put things right. If your complaint is not resolved during the hire, please follow this up within 28 days at the end of your hire in writing to info@party-tubs.co.uk giving all relevant information. Please keep your email concise and to the point. This will assist us to quickly identify your concerns and speed up our response to you. We will always try to resolve a valid complaint and hopefully arrive at an outcome that is satisfactory to our valued customers.
The condition of and safe keeping of the equipment will become your responsibility from the completion of delivery. You must, if reasonably practicable, examine the equipment before accepting it. Financial liability of damage to, damage by act of God, or loss of the equipment will pass to you when delivered to you.
Upon entering the hire contract you accept complete responsibility for Party Tubs equipment and accept a damage liability of up to £800. Charges may be payable if damage or loss to the equipment occur while in your possession.

The charges list is not exhaustive and other charges may be payable if justified. We will try to be as fair as possible in the event of damages. We wish to secure future hires with all our valued customers and as a company we do not possess a morality which seeks to extract unmerited financial penalties from you.
At the end of the hire period you must allow us access to the property to collect our equipment. If you are unable to provide access to us, unfortunately our charge is £50 per day for each extra 24 hour period our equipment is in your possession, counted from two hours after our agreed collection time, this extra charge is exclusive to any additional mileage costs over and above our first attempt to collect our equipment.
The use of our equipment is at your own risk. Party Tubs are not liable for any damages to health or property, losses, accidents, or death.
We will take the utmost care to install the equipment safely and carefully and also we will demonstrate how to operate the equipment along with caring for your water with the correct safe amount of chemicals.
Either party can transfer the benefit of this contract to a person aged over 18 and of full mental capacity. Either party will remain liable to the other for the obligations under the contract. The Supplier will be liable for the acts of any subcontractors who it chooses to help perform its duties.
Your contract is with Party Tubs, Mahood St, Edgely, Stockport, SK3 9BP. Our company is based in England and conforms to all laws and regulations of England and Wales. This contract is made on the causes of these terms and conditions which are governed by the Law of England & Wales and we both agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English & Welsh Courts at all times.
